General Information

All products sold on our website are digital license keys delivered by email. Because our items are digital and cannot be physically returned, refund and replacement options are handled differently from physical goods.

Return Costs

  • Restocking fee: No cost
  • Defective product: No cost
  • Customer remorse: No cost

Return Methods

As digital goods, no physical return is required. If a return is approved, the product key will be disabled on our system.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The digital key provided is defective or cannot be activated
  • You received an incorrect product
  • A technical issue prevents activation and our support team cannot resolve it

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • The license key has already been successfully activated
  • You refuse troubleshooting or support assistance
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • The wrong product was purchased due to customer error (compatibility, version, device type, etc.)
  • Your device has local software/hardware issues preventing installation

Product Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product purchased is compatible with their device before activation. Compatibility issues are not eligible for refunds, as we provide only the license key – not the software itself.

Fault Diagnosis & Replacements

If you report a defective key, our support team will verify the issue and may request screenshots or error messages. Once confirmed:

  • A replacement key will be issued, or
  • A full refund will be processed

Most verifications are completed within 24 hours.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through PayPal within 5–10 business days.

1-Year Support & Reinstallation

All products purchased from AllGenuineKeys.com include:

  • 1-year warranty for reinstallation or PC reset
  • Free support by email or chat

Important Notes

  • Activated keys are not reusable and cannot be refunded
